Ministry Update – Christmas break

Fall Quarter is now over and the students have gone back to their homes. They have had a busy past few months keeping up the busy schedule of classes, ministry opportunities, and the fun that they are usually having with each other. They have already had opportunities to impact others and see a number of people become believers in Jesus Christ.

With the students gone for their Christmas break the campus has quieted, but not our house. Ellie is nine months old now and loves to talk to herself (and us occasionally). Naomi and I delight in listening to her explore new sounds and things that she is learning to do. She is now mobile and able to get into all the things she is not supposed to.

Upcoming events:
Dec 23-Jan 3 – Flying to New Brunswick for Christmas
Jan 6-9 – Students at the WOL Missions Conference in New York
Jan 20-22 – The first of seven Snow Camps that our students will be involved with (www.wol.ca/snowcamp)

On a recent survey of our students, we asked them why they came to the Bible Institute:

“I wanted to get a firm foundation in which to build my life on, not knowing that WOLBI would change my career choice. I now have a desire to only serve the Lord wherever I am, whether that be in missions or ministry.”

Thanks for helping us be a part of this ministry.

Troy, Naomi, & Ellie
