The day after the Newton shootings I was listening to the news on the radio. The announcer said something about the tragedy of innocent children being killed in a place where they should be safe. I immediately thought of not the 20 children killed, but the many thousands of innocents killed each year in what should be the safest place – their mother’s wombs.
