Summer break officially started with for the kids with their school’s award night and BBQ. Our small school got together to celebrate the past year and give out awards to the students. It was lots of fun and one last chance for the kids to see their friends. Our three took home quite a haul of awards too!
Ellie received medals for Pace Achievement (number of books completed), Scripture Memory, and the 1000 Club (10 or more 100% scores).
Adelaine received medals for Pace Achievement, Scripture Memory, 1000 Club, and Honour Roll. She also was awarded trophies for Most 100% scores for the Jr.’s, Sportsmanship Jr.’s, and Highest Average Jr.’s.
Ethan received medals for Pace Achievement, Scripture Memory, 1000 Club, and Honour Roll. He also got a certificate for completing the most books in the school (which, admittedly, is easier in grade 1 than the other grades)!
We are so thankful for our little school and I think the kids are looking forward to the Fall and the start of another year.
