..of Ellie!

There is some song from some musical that asks how do you measure a year. I guess right now I measure it as 21 pounds, 31 inches, and thousands of giggles and smiles, and my heart full of joy.

Ellie’s 1st birthday is Sunday, March 12.

Like every new parent, Naomi and I are amazed that this day has come so quickly. So much has changed; she has grown so much. We have learned so much about her and ourselves.

We are looking forward to celebrating this occasion next week. My mother will be flying up from New Brunswick to join in the fun. Stay tuned.. we will post pictures of the birthday-cake-eating, icing-covered-girl sometime next week.
